Originally from Illinois, Susan relocated to Gainesville in 1969 and began her sales career as a property, casualty, and health insurance agent from 1970 to 1995.

In the 1990's Susan was consistently in the top ten agents for Blue Cross Blue Shield in the State of Florida. Susan raised her children in Gainesville and was active in many school, church, and community organizations.

Her desire to have more contact with the public led her to obtain her real estate license in 1998. Susan joined Coldwell Banker M. M. Parrish Realtors in 2002 and has been a Multi-Million Dollar Producer every year since she joined the company.

In 2016 Susan received the International Diamond Society award for her production. Her loyal customers and clients have repeatedly returned to her for all their real estate needs, as well as referred new clients to her because of her above-and-beyond service.
